POTTY TRAINING

So, Caellum is officially in underwear. We've been working up to this but I've been scared and so we haven't started yet. Cael finally decided that he needed to wear his transformer underwear like Javin was today so he kept saying "Potty train, underwear please" So what can I say he is now in underwear and this means we will never go back because he has to learn sometime so today is as good as ever. Wish us luck I think we're going to need it.
Last night the kids went upstairs and after about two seconds Cael started crying. So I yell up what's going on and Javin was in the bathroom and he yells back "I was just shutting the door so Cael couldn't see my privacy's" Anyway, the kids things say.

My Super Smart Child

Ok!! It's been FOREVER I know!! Just thought I should let everyone know about Javin's firsts this week. He has his first baseball meeting of the season tonight and is super excited. On Friday last week he had Kite day at school and I went over and took some pictures so I'll post them on a later date. His six year molars are coming in and he went to the dentist today and still loves it and gets excited for it. He does have cavities but they're small enough that the dentist is still just watching them. Because Javin loves the dentist so much Cael has now learned to love it too and also can't wait to get his x-rays and get on the chair for his turn at getting is teeth brushed. I think it really makes a difference to start them going so young. I'm still working and hope to be done soon. Ryan is done with his Arabic course and is back to working his regular schedule and he did well on his test. He always does. When we got home from school today I was reading Javin's weekly school newsletter and there was a section on the Georgia Young Writers Competition with congratulations to the school winners and Javin won for the kindergartners and his story is going on to compete at the district level. I was so excited and he didn't even know about it. Good thing I read the newsletter or we may have never known.
All I ever hear from Javin anymore is spelling. Which is great and also sometimes annoying. It takes him much longer to do anything anymore but he is getting great at reading and spelling. He's so smart. I'll get some pictures on here soon.
